How We Started

Frank Cardinale is founder and original technician of The ReCell Shop. He started his telecomm career with Verizon/Cellular Sales in 2007, but he's bought, sold and traded many things since he was a boy. After working for Verizon for 5 years, and being frustrated with the lack of customer options, he decided to get certified in smartphone & gadget repair, and the rest is history. Excellent customer service is his motto, and he goes out of his way to make every client feel important. The ReCell Shop aims to serve as an affordable alternative for cell phone and other tech users who have damaged equipment and/or are without insurance and offer refurbished devices at affordable prices for the Tri-Cities region. Servicing Johnson City, TN, Kingsport, TN, Bristol, TN/VA, Abingdon, VA and all surrounding areas.
